SMS Messaging Policy

Folded Hands, operated by Twelve Infinity Inc, sends account and payment-reminder text messages to the business customers of our merchant clients. This page explains the messaging program, how recipients consent to receive messages, and how to opt out.

Program description

Twelve Infinity Inc operates Folded Hands, a messaging platform with an AI assistant (“Priya”) used by wholesale food distributors to remind their own customers about the customers’ open invoices. On behalf of a distributor (the “merchant”), Priya sends first-party account text messages to that merchant’s established customers, such as payment reminders, balance summaries, payment-method instructions, payment-arrangement confirmations, and payment-receipt notices. Every message identifies the merchant by name. These are first-party, transactional account and billing messages to the merchant’s own customers — not marketing or promotional offers, and not third-party debt collection.

How recipients opt in (Call to Action)

Recipients are the merchant’s existing wholesale-account business customers. They provide their mobile phone number and give written consent to receive account and payment-reminder text messages when they open a wholesale account with the merchant, by signing the merchant’s account application and credit agreement. This consent is captured at account onboarding (an in-person or paper/PDF form); there is no public web sign-up form for end recipients. The merchant represents to Twelve Infinity Inc that each contacted customer has an active account and has given this consent. An existing customer may also opt in by texting START to the business number.

The exact text-message consent a customer reviews and signs on the merchant’s account application reads:

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on a customer’s outstanding balance and the merchant’s settings. Most customers receive 1 to 5 messages per month. Messages are only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time zone.

Opt-out and help

Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently. The number is added to a do-not-contact list and receives no further messages. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates for the recipient’s mobile plan are the responsibility of the recipient.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share recipients’ mobile phone numbers or their consent to receive text messages with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the account and payment-reminder communications the merchant has authorized. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
