We work in a few focused areas at a time, take products from one customer to many, and run them ourselves for the long term. Our flagship product today is Folded Hands.
Our product
Folded Hands is an AI-powered accounts-receivable assistant for wholesale food distributors. On behalf of a distributor (the merchant), it sends friendly, first-party account and payment-reminder text messages and makes voice calls to that merchant’s own established customers — reminding them about open invoices, confirming payment arrangements, and sending receipts. Every message identifies the merchant by name.
Transactional SMS and voice follow-up on a customer’s open invoices — not marketing, and not third-party debt collection.
Recipients are the merchant’s existing wholesale-account customers who agreed to account texts when they opened their account.
No pressure or threats, AI is disclosed on request, quiet hours are enforced, and STOP opts a number out permanently.
