These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Folded Hands, an AI-powered collections assistant service operated by Twelve Infinity Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Folded Hands provides an AI collections assistant (“Priya”) that sends automated SMS messages and makes voice calls to your customers on your behalf to follow up on outstanding invoices. The service integrates with QuickBooks Online to mirror your customer and invoice data.

2. Account & Authorization

By connecting your QuickBooks account and configuring Priya, you authorize us to:

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact your customers and that your use of our service complies with applicable laws.

3. Messaging & TCPA Compliance

You represent that your customers have provided consent to receive business communications regarding their accounts. All messages sent by Priya include opt-out instructions. We honor all opt-out requests immediately and permanently. Customers who reply STOP are added to a do-not-contact list.

Priya will not contact customers before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the customer’s local time zone, consistent with TCPA requirements. For details on the SMS program, opt-in, and opt-out, see our SMS Messaging Policy.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages received by your customers. Message frequency varies by account configuration, typically 1 to 5 messages per customer per month.

5. Pricing & Payment

Service pricing is based on your selected plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise). Each plan includes a set amount of voice minutes and SMS messages. Usage beyond included amounts is billed at the overage rates specified in your plan. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Data Handling

Your QuickBooks data and customer information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your customers’ contact information with third parties. QuickBooks OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never logged.

7. AI Disclosure

Priya is an AI assistant and will disclose this to any customer who asks. Priya will never use threatening, high-pressure, or final-notice language. All interactions are designed to be relationship-first and respectful.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed or delayed messages due to carrier issues, Twilio outages, or other factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Folded Hands is a communication tool, and we do not guarantee collection of any specific amount. We are not a collections agency and do not take a percentage of collected funds. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, Priya will stop all outbound communications immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice via email to your registered address. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
