Folded Hands (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Twelve Infinity Inc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI-powered collections assistant service (“Priya”).

1. Information We Collect
Business Account Information
When a distributor signs up, we collect: business name, contact name, email address, and phone number. This information is used to create and manage your account.
QuickBooks Data
With your authorization, we access customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, invoice details, and payment records from your QuickBooks Online account. This data is used to generate payment reminders and track collections.
Communication Records
We store records of SMS messages sent and received, voice call metadata (duration, outcome), and payment commitments captured during conversations. Voice calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Send automated payment reminders via SMS on your behalf
- Make AI-powered voice calls to your customers for collections follow-up
- Track payment commitments and attribution
- Generate daily recap emails and reports
- Sync with your QuickBooks to keep records current
- Improve our service quality and AI agent performance
3. Mobile Phone Numbers & SMS Consent
We do not sell, rent, or share your customers’ mobile phone numbers, or their consent to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers obtained through QuickBooks integration are used solely for the collections communication services you have authorized. 4. Message Frequency & Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your account settings and outstanding invoices. Typically 1 to 5 messages per customer per month. Message and data rates may apply. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted QuickBooks OAuth tokens at rest, and access controls. Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Neon Postgres, Vercel, Cloudflare R2).
6. Data Retention
We retain your business data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after cancellation. Communication records are retained for 2 years for compliance purposes. You may request data deletion by contacting us.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate:
- Twilio: SMS delivery
- Retell AI: voice call infrastructure
- Intuit QuickBooks: accounting data sync
- Clerk: authentication
- Cloudflare: file storage
- Vercel: hosting
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
8. Your Rights
You may:
- Access your data by contacting us
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Disconnect QuickBooks at any time from Settings
- Opt out of communications by replying STOP to any message
